Get ready for a spooky event of delicious BBQ, spine-chilling technology on display and wickedly good networking. The 2024 MTS Annual Fundraising BBQ will take place at Ashtead Technology on Thursday, October 24, 2024.

Ashtead Technology’s Gulf of Mexico headquarters - over 31,000 square feet of space plays host to market-leading electrical and mechanical workshops as well as a calibration laboratory.

• Participate in our Exhibitor Costume Contest – Dress your team up as your favorite spooky characters or scary movie theme. Get creative with it! Attendees will cast their vote for best team costume to win a spine-tingling prize!
• Explore our Demo Sponsorship opportunity, where you can showcase your company’s underwater technology using a test tank provided by Ashtead Technology. Inquire for more details.
• Sponsor a themed silent auction basket. Simply choose a theme and donation amount, and MTS will take care of the rest. We’ll create a customized basket on your company’s behalf, making it easy for you to contribute. 

Attendee Registration

Pre-registering for the event to assist the cook team in preparing an accurate headcount for food and beverages. Online registration will close on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 12pm CST. 

Registration includes BBQ meal, open bar access and the opportunity to bid on silent auction items.
